Terms of Service

RideLogger (known as Servisna Knjižica in Balkan markets) is a digital vehicle logbook for fuel fills, service records, expenses, EV charging and maintenance reminders. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Green Line Trading LTD, the company that operates the service.

1. About us

  • Legal entity: Green Line Trading LTD
  • UK company number: 13072235 (Companies House)
  • Registered address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
  • Contact: nemanjam@greenlinetrading.co.uk

2. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, that you have read these Terms, and that you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

3. The service

RideLogger lets you log fuel, services, expenses, EV charges and reminders for vehicles you own or manage. Data is private to your account by default. The service is offered as a web app and as mobile apps (iOS and Android).

4. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account.
  • Provide accurate information when you register.
  • One account per person (or per legal entity for business / dealer accounts).
  • Don't share an account across unrelated third parties.

5. Free and Premium

The core logbook is free to use. Some features (for example multiple attachments per record, custom reminders, extended history, dealer / multi-vehicle tools) are part of Premium, our paid subscription.

  • Premium is billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel.
  • You can cancel Premium at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable for partial periods.
  • Prices and features may change; material changes apply to future billing cycles, not the one you already paid for.

If you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, you retain any mandatory statutory cancellation and refund rights granted by your local consumer law; these Terms do not limit those rights.

6. Your data, our role

You own the content you put into RideLogger (vehicle details, service records, notes, photos, attachments). We only store and process that content to provide the service to you.

We may compute anonymised and aggregated statistics from overall usage (for example: typical fuel consumption for a make/model) to improve the product and share general insights. Anonymised data cannot be linked back to you.

For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy. Your rights under GDPR (and UK-GDPR where applicable) are described there.

7. AI Assistant

RideLogger includes an optional AI Assistant. When you use it, your messages and the relevant vehicle context are sent to a third-party large language model provider (currently OpenAI) so a response can be generated.

  • By using the AI Assistant, you consent to this processing.
  • We configure the integration so that your content is not used by the provider to train their public models, to the extent their API terms allow.
  • The assistant may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. Do not rely on it for safety-critical decisions (e.g. whether a vehicle is safe to drive). Use your judgement or consult a qualified mechanic.
  • You can choose not to use the AI Assistant and still use the rest of the service normally.

8. Third-party providers

To run the service we use trusted providers for hosting, payments, email delivery and the AI feature. These providers process data only to the extent needed to deliver their part of the service. We do not sell your personal data.

9. Acceptable use

Please don't use RideLogger to:

  • upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful or harmful;
  • attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape the service;
  • impersonate someone else or misrepresent vehicle information;
  • use automated tools in a way that disrupts the service for others.

10. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from the app. When you delete, your personal data and logbook content are removed from the active service within a reasonable period, subject to short retention in backups for security and legal reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Suspension and termination by us

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms, abuse the service, or put other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the issue. If you paid for Premium and we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any prepaid, unused portion.

12. Service "as is"

We build and run RideLogger with care, but the service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially on the free tier. Scheduled maintenance, incidents and outages can happen. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Line Trading LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, lost data beyond the retention we offer, or vehicle downtime). Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50 — whichever is higher.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will change. For material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email in advance. If you continue to use the service after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, where Green Line Trading LTD is registered. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings there. For non-consumer users, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
