Delete your RideLogger account
RideLogger is the Google Play and international name of this app. In Balkan markets the same app is published as Servisna Knjižica. Both names are the same product, operated by Green Line Trading LTD (UK company number 13072235).
How to request account deletion
You can request deletion of your RideLogger / Servisna Knjižica account at any time:
- Send an email from the address registered on the account to nemanjam@greenlinetrading.co.uk
- Use the subject line: Delete RideLogger / Servisna Knjižica account
- Include the account email address so we can identify the RideLogger / Servisna Knjižica user
What happens next
After we verify the request, we remove personal data and vehicle logbook content from the active RideLogger / Servisna Knjižica service within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days. Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days for security and legal reasons, then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.
